I wasn't overly impressed. When I had a consultation with a surgeon it was rushed and I was in there for 5 minutes before being told I wasn't suitable for surgery. I visited a competing firm who spent a lot more time going through options. I eventually had the surgery done through them as they felt I was a suitable candidate. I am pleased with the results from the surgery they performed. I think customer service and the quality of the information provided needs some improvement.
