I was told due to alcohol abuse in the past that the surgeon would not due my facelift. I understand it was something to do with clotting and the risk thereof. I was gutted as I had spent a long time saving for this procedure. Whilst I accept that if there is a risk of a problem then the procedure should not go through I was unhappy that the surgeon did not contact me to discuss the problem. I felt he could have spoken to me to discuss if there was anything I could do in the future to allow this procedure to go ahead. So I am sorry but overall I was very disappointed.
