All my appointments before I had surgery were great, full of info, felt I could take my time and all questions were answered, I sent a few emails full of q's and my care coordinater emailed and phoned to answer them all. The nurse I had my pre op ap with was friendly. The surgery and hospital and staff were amazing, no faults at all. Aftercare is good but the nurse I saw was not very friendly but this wouldn't put me off using transform again. I'd give them 9 and half out if 10 as there are a few tiny things they could change but overall the whole experience was brilliant.
