My treatment at Transform for hair removal, although at first was not very successful. The laser machine in my opinion was not very good for my skin/hair type as I had poor results and felt I was wasting my money. But since using your new machine The result have improved tremendously. Laura who does my treatment has excellent customer service and is such a helpful and polite young lady. She is an absolute credit to Transform. Laura is so easy to talk to and she patiently listens to all your concerns and advises you of the best action to take.
