I paid them full amount but Our agreement before I placed the order with Transglobal express to not to send the shipment until I instruct them to send it after my house quarantine was totally ignored and Parcel was sent by DHL on 2 separate destinations with complete wrong weight information which took long time to arrive at actual destination. When it finally arrive at the actual given destination after 2 weeks, because of their multiple mistakes when I was imposed huge customs warehouse fines and parcel was delayed extremely Transglobal express did not co-operate at all to sort the situation. tried calling them several times but no good response was received. After 45 days I still don't have the shipment, Have huge fines on it and added huge stress on top of that to me and my family and all transglobal express did so far is kept ignoring me even after this all happened because of their mistake in first place.
