I do not want to leave even one star. This time I had have horrible experience. The parcel has not been taken at all although they claimed the driver was there. A friend of mine took the parcel and gave it to me.
Few days later I am receiving the information that the parcel has been arrived. But they could not allocate it. Very disappointed with the service this time.
