Have sent hundreds if not thousands of parcels with Transglobal Express and there have been literally zero faults with their service - in fact they have helped me out of tricky situations when I’ve been the one at fault! If anything does go wrong with a delivery partner then they’re very efficient at tracking down answers. All staff I’ve dealt with, be they behind the scenes at depots or customer service etc have been very quick to help and polite. I can think of very few companies who do what they do as well as Transglobal Express.
