Collected first pallet fine but on wanting it to be returned to Manchester, packed exactly the same way, was picked up then returned for packing, we repacked it again. It was collected again and the returned 2 days later again saying packing was not good.
On speaking to Transglobal it would appear they have no control over collection/deliveries as they out source. I cancelled transport and got it done by Palletways without any fuss.
