They provide a selection of carriers with varying prices and if things go wrong (as they did in a recent case of mine) they are a human interface between you and the automatic and anonymous carrier's website. It is wonderful to be able to talk to someone who understands the problem and is eager to help in sorting it. I recommend them unreservedly.
