Transglobal Express picked up my shipment onntime. There was clear communication that the boxes contain my used clothing and shoes and has to be dropped off at my Mumbai residence.
Later,once shipment landed - FEDex ( the actual courier) told me of Indian rules - which doesnt allow such shipment. It took me to hire agent and additional 200 Euro to release it. No help from Transglobal.
