Not your fault but DPD failed to collect the parcel as agreed which meant that the parcel was very late being delivered.
Contact with DPD was a waste of time.
We were told that the driver could not find us,well all the other drivers dont have any difficulty when delivering to us,the property is clearly marked,so one has to wonder what went on.
We have asked our suppliers to avoid using DPD.
