The service when UPS lost my valuable documents was very good. The test for when things go wrong is always the acid test of a company and Transglobal were excellent in assisting me with compensation. Of course, consequential loss for me was not covered - ie. the cost for replacing documents, getting them apostilled and translated was huge. This is down to the insurance cover being as is.
