Order Details: TP-3926124 Small parcel sent to Australia on 31st October containing gifts for grandson’s birthday. Service quoted 6 to 9 days but took 24 days and missed his birthday. Very disappointed. Have used your service for several years without a problem so very surprised with poor service this time.
Contacted your customer service who didn’t provide any explanation other than to advise of delay and to keep checking online tracking.
