I have been a loyal customer of Transglobal Express for nearly 10 years. Since last year, my experience with the company has significantly deteriorated. The main issue is a recurring pattern of unexpected charges and billing disputes. We are being billed for customs duties and taxes that FedEx was supposed to collect from the recipient before delivery. However, FedEx did not collect the fees themselves. Transglobal Express has then been charging us for unpaid duties which have nothing to do with us. It is the recipients right to pay these charges and FedEx should be chasing the recipient.
This reflects poorly on both FedEx and Transglobal Express and shows a lack of transparency and accountability.
This practice appears deceptive and feels like a scam. We urge all customers to be extremely cautious and to scrutinize all charges carefully. Unfortunately, due to these ongoing issues, we can no longer recommend Transglobal Express and be aware this can happen to any of you.
