Ordered a hoodie for my sons 15th birthday after he wouldn’t shut up about one! £55 paid, took 5 days to get dispatched email and when it arrived I was shocked to find boohoo man £6 quality hoodie that had dirty marks all over it, the front and sleeves and looked like it had been worn for a week before someone returned it. Customer service takes days to respond, asking for pics but don’t reply when they get them! Poor service and very poor quality item of clothing, certainly not worth the money
