Ordered a jacket on pre order. Was worried when I checked this site after I had paid, obviously a bit of a wait with the pre orders, but they did advise accurate time scale in email when I queried how long the pre order would take to despatch, but have been totally happy with the service, email updates sent along the way and they always answered my emails, puffer jacket arrived today, the day after the despatch email. Delivered by dpd, excellent quality and a happy teenage boy in the house! Thank you!
