Like many others, I ordered a tracksuit in November which did not arrive in time to give as a Christmas present. I was though refunded the shipping cost and the item arrived in January.
I returned the item straight away, paying for the return postage and have heard nothing since. The parcel was signed for on receipt so I have proof of delivery but I can’t get hold of anyone either by phone, email or live chat to confirm when my refund will arrive. It’s a lot of money. With hindsight I should have kept the clothes as now I have no item and no refund 😔
