I ordered $967 of merchandise from trapstr for Christmas presents for my boys. The tracksuits and t shirts are cut small and I requested to exchange for larger sizes. Both puffer jackets fit perfectly and we will be keeping them both. I made my request the day I received my items. I was told no, because my items were on sale at time of purchase-the policy on the website saids no refunds for on sale items. I’m asking for only an exchange I still only want an exchange for larger sizes and was denied. I will not be able to purchase from them again as they do not care about customer satisfaction or their customers. So if you buy the wrong size of any item on sale they simply tell you no. That’s it! This is totally unacceptable and should never happen to anyone
