The dog guard - now that it has finally arrived - is fine. Good quality and perfect fit for my new car. However, despite my being promised the dog guard would arrive within 1-2 working days, it took a week to arrive. This was hugely inconvenient as I could not leave my dog unattended in the car (unless I wanted short white hairs everywhere). When contacted about the non-arrival, Travall did contact UPS and did promise me a refund of postage money immediately...it has yet to appear in my bank account. I'm disappointed.
