When I telephoned regarding this order to check if the dog guard would actually fit my model of vehicle I was told that "you didn't know" & I should look at the pictures on your website. I had already done this and was reasonably satisfied that I was ordering the right guard, I just wanted confirmation. I asked if it was the wrong one could I return it and was told yes. I ordered the guard online on Tuesday 27 August with expected delivery next day. It did not arrived Wednesday so I waited til Thursday and it still did not arrive after I had waited in for 2 days. It still had not arriveded by 2.30pm on Friday 30 August so I checked the parcel tracking system and it said "delivered 29 August and signed for by Cardy". I immediately got on to your office and asked what was going on they checked and said the package had been left with a neighbour as we weren't in 1. I do not have any neighbours called Cardy and (2) I was in all day on the 29th. The parcel was , supposedly, being put back on the van on Friday. Your office seemed to be unable to help me further so I called UK Mail direct (Ipswich office) on Friday afternoon when the package had still not arrived. They said that it had not been left with a neighbour but no one was in I asked why their tracking record said it was left and they couldn't answer me. They said it would not be delivered until Monday because they didn' work weekends I asked why they hadn't delivered it Friday and they said they did but no one was in!! This is absolute rubbish I was in all day Wednesday Thursday and Friday and NOTHING had been delivered nor had a received any phone calls. Monday morning I looked again on the tracking and the reports had been changed for the 29 it said couldn't find the address and for the 30 it said card left no one home - again complete rubbish I was here all day and NO card was left. I phoned UK Mail and they gave me the above two excuses and assured me that it would be here today 2 Sept. Eureka it arrived at 2.35 this afternoon no apology no explanation. I'm sorry that my first experience of buying from you has been a disaster and that, unfortunately,it has left me with the opinion that I will not be ordering from your company again.
