So far, I've only had 1 client travel since using Travefy. The only comment I have is how flights are listed. In the travel industry each leg of a flight itinerary is broken down by each leg of a trip, not by one leg being the departure time and another being the arrival time. For example, a flight from Ft. Lauderdale to Rome would be listed like this: 01 FEB Delta 111 Departs. Ft. Lauderdale 7:00 PM Arrives Atlanta 8:30 PM (Leg 1) 01 FEB Delta 222 Departs Atlanta 10:00 PM Arrives Rome 7:00 AM 02 FEB (Leg 2) With Travefy this is listed as 4 separate entries making the above itinerary look like: 01 FEB Delta 111 Departs Ft. Lauderdale 7:00 PM 01 FEB Delta 111 Arrives Atlanta 8:30 PM 01FEB Delta 222 Departs Atlanta 10:00 PM 02 FEB Delta 222 Arrives Rome 7:00 AM I feel this makes the itinerary too long and is confusing for the client as this is not the way they are used to seeing flight itineraries written. Other than that, I like everything I've seen so far. I like all of the information available and the ability to send quotes. I haven't been able to use the Quote feature yet but am looking forward to being able to. Very glad I switched to Travefy.
