I've only been using Travefy for a few months now but it has been a great tool to help close sales and communicate with my clients. I've used it to seal the deal on several FIT bookings (Brides love showing it off to their friends prior to travel) and it's been a huge timesaver when quoting multiple cabin types for family cruises. I had a large group traveling from 5 different airports to Cancun in February. Almost all of their flights were canceled 2 days prior due to an impending winter storm. Travefy notified me and all my clients of the cancelations hours before they were notified by the airline. This allowed a head start on finding alternate fights and everyone made it to Cancun. I was able to add hotel nights, change transfers, and more and keep everyone up to date via Travefy individually. The group leader was kept informed of all the changes so that when he finally landed in Cancun he knew where everyone was. He called it the best "Cat Herding Tool ever".
