Had to cancel hotel booking. Asked for a refund. Received email from Travel Republic on 23/10/2020 saying that they had negotiated a refund and that I would get it by November 8th. Nothing received. Emailed Travel Republic and they say that I am not entitled to a refund ??????.
Worst company in the world. Hopeless.
