We are currently on holiday at the Savoy in Sharm El Sheik. I had booked and paid for private transfer from the airport and no one showed up.Customer services have been notified about this and they still have communicated to explain the situation of refund what I had paid. In addition to this I had booked connecting rooms which was more expensive then 2 rooms without a connecting door. We have been give one room with single beds. We have been told this will get sorted but I have been chasing all day with no result. Very disappointing especially as we trusted them to organise a stress free holiday. I have been told we have been prioritised but it is the evening now and still nothing. Something like this should have been sorted straight away so we can enjoy our holiday.
