I booked a holiday with my partner to a lovely hotel on lake combo,
I was really looking forward to it as I'd travelled there the year before with some friends. I wanted to return to the same hotel on the same part of the lake.
Then 16 days before my travel date I received an email from travel republic informing me that my booking had been cancelled , but an alternative hotel had been offered to me in a different resort. I de died to request a full refund as I had paid in full when making my booking.
