There was an error in my booking and despite numerous telephone calls and email correspondence Travel Republic were at best disinterested.
I was never able to speak with anyone in a managerial position, as apparently they will only respond to emails. They also do not seem to be able to speak with the hotels that they use.
I was transferred from one person to another and had to continually repeat my story. The phone calls from me were met with unhelpful responses such as "you will have to wait a bit longer"or "the hotel is in another country" !
There is no customer service, and most correspondence/
communication is poor.
The whole experience was upsetting, costly ( premium rate telephone calls), and unnecessary, since I sorted things out for myself directly with the hotel.
DO NOR USE THIS SHAM OF A COMPANY.
