The worst service I've ever used and that's saying something considering the flights we booked were also with Ryanair. They completely messed up the booking, I have the booking information to show that everything on our end was fine, but we still had to pay over £300 to change the bookings due to their fine print. Nothing they could do to help, apparently, even though it was their fault entirely.
