Spent 2 hours on hold and still spoke to nobody about my issue. Tried the customer service messages but after a week it's clear the staff responding don't have a firm grasp of english. They have overcharged me by £220 by adding an extra option of self catering over room only when all rooms are self catering. I am going to cancel my booking and will pay more to go with someone else just for the peace of mind.
