I had a disagreement with them about taking £100 pounds from me unrightfully. I spent a month worth of phone conversations with them which resulted in a phone call from a manager who said that she would refund my £100 back to me. After 2 weeks later still no money refund so I rang them again. Now they basically changed their mind saying that they are not refunding it. I have never in my life seen this awful customer service. Now my next step in the dispute department of my credit card company..,.
