I would leave no stars if I could! Booking cancelled due to coronavirus - I contacted TR on the day EU travel was banned, I was told at that time that my flights could be moved but was advised to wait for a statement from the airlines.
No support answered in the meantime - they then turn their phone lines off and send an email saying flights were cancelled with no refund, voucher or postponement - advised to contact airlines or travel insurance with no joy - I am now £3,900 out of pocket
