This is driving me bananas. Travel Republic owe me £1427. I received a email from them saying that they owed me £1355. I wrote and corrected them. I have no idea where they got the £1355 from as the amount on my credit card says they took £1427 from me on 07/01/2020.
They then write again and say they are going to repay me £1355 and my concern is closed. There is no way of contacting them. Ugh
