I have booked with TR for many years and never had a problem.Covid put a stop to my Easter holiday and I have now had a full refund 18th May without requesting or pestering or abusing them
These people have thousands of booking to sort out and probably with skeleton staff give them a chance and be patient and yes I will definitely be booking with them again
