Customer service is non existent.
We were due to fly out to Majorca on 19th August but due to covid 19 we received an email from Ryanair to say the flights were cancelled and offered a full refund, which obviously we went ahead with. The refund was issued back to the payment card, ie their credit card, so I've now been trying to contact them to get my money back. Eventually I have had a response after weeks of messages, support requests etc to say my holiday will be going ahead as normal. I guess they expect us all to swim to Majorca, complete idiots I'm afraid. I will never use this company ever again and strongly urge that you avoid at all costs
