After the official travel restrictions ended I went into the travel republic site (the app has stopped working) and paid my balance in full -almost £4000 in total. Only then did I get access to a notification that advised our holiday had been cancelled. Unable to contact anyone, no telephone numbers working and so far no replies to online messages, Twitter, Facebook etc. Not happy
