Booked. Got an email asking me if I wanted to continue with booking. I replied "yes definitely". Few days later they cancelled. I travel on Thursday and have no hotel. Can't get hold of TR as they have switched their phones off.
Service requests ignored.
The incompetence of this outfit is staggering.
Will be persuing with vigour the money owed and compensation for the trouble caused.
Do not book with them.
