Like many other people received an email to say that our family holiday was going ahead and if we’d bothered to listen we’d have turned up tonight with 2 young kids and nowhere to stay. Thank god we rang the hotel ourselves and found it it is closed. How can they just send out such emails and put people in such vulnerable situations. They respond to the odd message on Twitter but can’t even communicate with customers on their own messaging portal. The company need taking down and never be able to trade again and customers deserve compensation for how they’ve been treated.
