Absolutely appalling!!!!!
We contacted them over 17 days ago to inform them that the hotel they are sending us to will no longer be open, All we wish to do is change are accommodation!!! we travel in 12 days and they have still not contacted us!!!!
They shouldn’t be still selling holidays during the current situation if they cannot supply new customers with the most basic of information and most basic levels of customer care That As promised on their website!!!
