Shocking display on how not to perform as a business. Agreed there has been a global pandemic but many other travel companies have performed well and kept customers informed. Facebook is not exactly the bezt way to communicate with customers who have been left high and dry. Shut the phone lines, Tape the mail box shut and hide behind Facebook is possibly not the best strategy to follow to please customers. Contact is key and they have failed miserably for well over six weeks with there copy and paste replies. Avoid as this company are a letdown and whoever is in charge of making decisions needs a swift kick up the rear end and a P45.
