Had holiday booked and they advised to contact them 3 days in advance. So I emailed them. As I had an outstanding query I could not cancel my hotel. 5 emails and 6 weeks later I have not even had an automated acknowledgement of my email. They advise visit our website to contact us. This advises opened 8-8. When you call at any time it says our offices are now closed. They have put cancelled beside my booking the day after I was supposed to check in. I have no idea if I will get a refund I was unable to cancel before I was meant to travel apart from the email I sent. I can’t express how disappointed I am in travel republic as I go on holiday 3-4 times a year and I always use them. NEVER AGAIN!
