We decided not to travel in March 2020 after covid-19 Government warnings and a total lack of communication from TR. Tens of calls and emails later, on the 15 June 2020 I was told they had managed to recover most of my refund, i.e. parking, hotel, transfer, only the refund from Easyjet was outstanding and this should be concluded within a week. I was told this on the phone by a male representative whose name I will not note here at present, he advised me to call back within a week if I had no communication from TR. To date I have had no kind of refund. I have since made endless more calls and emails. TravelRepublic have ceased answering their phones and do not reply to emails. Q. Are they still operating?
