Their telephone message says the office is closed, no matter what time you call. My daughter is having trouble with them, so I've suggested she contact ABTA and see what they can do about the company. May also be worth contacting Emirates, who are the owners of the company. If you've paid for your booking via credit card, get the credit card company to sort things out.
Can't believe how bad this company is and how they have the nerve to say they're ABTA and ATOL protected.
