Angry customer
Booked a hotel in September 2019 for a wedding in June 2020. I made an amendment in November 2019 because of this change I had to pay the full balance up frot. Which I did. COVID happened and due to travel ban we were unable to travel. I received a customer support message 16th June to say they have obtained a refund and they will process shortly. It is now end of October and I have had no response to any of my emails since. Still no refund. Their phone lines have been shut off so unable to contact them. DO NOT USE THEM.
