I used these guys for 6 months. I spend $298 upfront and $99 month thereafter. I was told I would get a refund if they did not rent my property at least once and they would most likely rent 3 times. I had 3 inquires and no sales. The properties people requested were not available at the travel exchange (easy enough for them to look this up and give me a bogus lead). Steer clear of this company. MAJOR SCAM and my credit card company (Discover) did not favor my side in the dispute. BE AWARE! They are good sales people and this is one of those situation where if it's too good to true it probably is. *I wouldn't believe all these one-liner reviews - they are fake.
