I was conned into this company pretending to be affiliated with Qatar airways. When I googled Qatar airways this place came up. The guy persuaded me to cancel my flight and pay £199 to make my ticket a open ticket to use for 2 yrs. They insisted that I paid this with debit card so I wasn’t refundable. Now my flight is cancelled but not sure I can re-book in next 24months. He( victor) said I need 96 hrs prior to my flight to cancel or loose the ticket and that I had only 30 minutes to decide. It’s a conman company and I’ll report them to trading standard if I can’t dispute this through my bank. Stay away from this place. Dangerous people with persuasive tactics.
