We will never use this company again!!! First they charge more than they advertise. Then they offered a flight voucher when our flights were cancelled last spring due to the pandemic. To use those we had to pay 3 time’s more than we should have because we had to “fly the exact same flight pattern.” They changed our flight pattern after we paid them. Now our new flights have been cancelled with the rebooking being 28 hours later! I called and their representatives are telling me to “be patient.” They say someone’s working on it. We leave in 3 WEEKS! I don’t have time to be patient!! We will never use them again!
