I was transferred from Skyscanner to Travel Junction and the online booking process seemed quite straightforward.
I was a little disappointed when, having completed the booking, I was telephone a few days later to say that the price that was advertised was not available. As a result, I had to pay more than the advertised price. Whilst the man on the telephone was friendly and helpful, I did feel a bit disappointed that a price would be shown, which could not later be honoured. I booked with Travel Junction because the price appeared lower, but I might as well have booked with the airline direct.
Following the booking, I was sent several requests to complete this satisfaction survey. That is not out of the ordinary, but I was then called by Travel Junction in the middle of my working day and asked to check my inbox for the email whilst the agent was on the phone, which I found a little excessive.
All the people with whom I dealt were polite and friendly, but perhaps the company could review its pricing offers and its feedback gathering policies.
