I always use Travel Junction as they are very competitive and also after sales service is excellent. This also happened last time I booked Thai airways flights, it did not allow me to input the advance passenger information and I emailed them and immediately Spencer emailed back and I sent him the information and he entered it for me. Excellent company and won't use anyone else.
