The selected flight was already fully booked — it was overbooked. It originally included two-hour layovers and only one connection. Now I find myself with multiple connections and traveling overnight in Mexico. I would have preferred to travel during the day, because there are no buses running at night. The lady who helped me, her name was Amora, was kind and really wanted to find a solution so I could have a good trip at a fair price.
