I just wanted to say thank you to Hayley and Emily for their tireless work to secure 100% refund for our trip to South Africa, we are forever grateful. I cannot say enough good things about TravelLocal. We are a group of seven travelers from the US and Germany and our trip to South Africa was originally scheduled for May 2020. The trip was postponed for one year after discussion with TravelLocal team and subsequently cancelled because of Covid. We are all looking forward to the time when we can travel again and when that happen, we will rebook our trip to South Africa with TravelLocal. I highly recommend this awesome company.
