The Travel Local platform was easy to navigate. Lise was wonderful to work with. She was organized and knowledgeable. Lise's responses were timely using the Travel Local site. She made sure all our paper work was easy to understand which guided us everyday. We met on a Zoom call and it was delightful. Unfortunately, during our trip to the Christmas Markets in France, we experienced a medical emergency. Lise helped us the entire time, especially due to language barrier. She rearranged all that was necessary to make sure we were safe and could return home for medical treatment. I know Lise went above and beyond the call of duty. She really showed us much compassion during this time. I highly recommend Travel Local with Lise.
